Freshly Made Sketches #246- a sketch by Rita

My wonderful husband took our daughters to his parent's house for the weekend, so I had the house all to myself! I had a few friends over for a scrapbooking/cardmaking get together. I struggled all weekend to come up with a card for this week's Freshly Made Sketches challenge. I guess I do better under pressure then when I have tons of free time to come up with something. I literally just finished this card at 8:30pm tonight and I've been at it since Friday morning! There are several discarded versions all over my crafting desk.

Here is my take on the card:

Stampin' up! supplies used:

  1. What a great card! I love the blue and white with the pop of red! So elegant! Thanks for joining us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!

  2. Love how you used washi tape on your tag! The bright red flower is the perfect accessory,
