Freshly Made Sketches #241- a sketch by Karren

I just got back from a week long vacation in the Black Hills. It was a wonderful trip, but that is a lot of driving! I snuck in some cardmaking today for this week's Freshly Made Sketches challenge between all the laundry that had to get done.

Here is my take on the sketch:

A couple tips: The flower is two shades of the same color. I stamped off the Flirty Flamingo for the large image and used full color for the accent image. I also made a small slit at the bottom groove of the jar and slipped the stem through the slit, so it looks like the flower is actually in the vase.

Stampin' up! supplies used:
Stamp sets: Jar of Love, Tin of Cards
Cardstock- Whisper White, Flirty Flamingo
Designer Series Paper- Fruit Stand DSP
Ink -Basic Black Archival Stampin' Pad, Emerald Envy (stamped off, for the water), Old Olive, Flirty Flamingo
Other-Everyday Jars Framelits
